Went to Laptop, copied the whole directories and put the whole thing on the Desktop. Since 0.Error 0xe4 : The requested operation requires elevation. Same trick works for WoT too, with a slightly different cfg-file. So what I did was getting these files from the EU version 7z.

When I wanted to install NA client I had to install this game center, but that don't fly with me and I could not find a download link to the regular launcher version. If you had lots and lots of games I would get it, but just a handful of games it is really not needed. I was led to believe the overall language setting is now in the Game Center settings. Today my RU clients have defaulted to Russian language they were in Englishand there is no longer any language setting to change them back.

I have no start menu entry for the Game Center, and it does not show up in the list of installed applications in Windows 10 control panel.

All I see via the toolbar icon is the list of installed games - clicking on one of these launches that client - and right clicking gives a "more info" button that simply points to the update logs. How do you even access the Game Center to change settings? I can find no way to open the "settings" menu. When it tells me download speed has fallen to zero and I try to click on anything, the entire launcher locks up and stops responding. I tried uninstalling and starting from scratch, and it won't download the game at all. Now, it won't update the game to the current version. Rebooted and tried to run the file as admin again and that fixed it!Before the latest game update, the launcher worked fine. This is almost certainly a wargaming issue as the message below doesn't make any sense! Right-click on the installation file and select "Run as Administrator.Īlso, on my computer the WG program defaulted to installing on the C: drive. I tried installing another game on the same drive and it worked without issue. All attempts ended with the same message below. I also tried re-installing the app on a different drive.

I have a couple of terabytes of free space and no issues with permission rights. I then rebooted and still have the same issue. Downloaded CCleaner and it cleared a bunch of associated registry items.
I already deleted all files manually from the drive they were on. If a Registry entry or botched uninstall is preventing the game's re-install then you might try this.įinally re-install the game.
